Blackberry Bold (9000) basic problem

Should he be able to send files stored on a micro SD card as attachments? If so how does he do this?
A1) You can attach files, simply you have to navigate the location.



Should he be able to save attachments onto the micro SD? If so, how?
A2) You can save attachment, you need to navigate the location.

Should he be able to add more than one photo as an attachment to an email?
A3) Exactly! You can attach more than one file in an email.

I should say he is connected to a BES server.
A4) You have to check the BES policy to see if they are blocking any of the above.
